王靜瑩前夫陳威陶喜迎第二春，28日「訂下」小20歲的荳荳，她連換3套禮服，懷孕4個多月的豐腴身材遮掩不住。他開心訂婚，透露荳荳跟王靜瑩感情要好，對此王持續關機沒有回應。
陳威陶、荳荳交往3年，《蘋果日報》報導兩人訂婚宴席開少於10桌，戒備森嚴，藝人僅有徐乃麟出席祝福。44歲的他認為未婚妻不像王靜瑩為公眾人物，因此拒絕透露全名，僅表示她跟兒子小蝦米相處順利，女兒預產期為明年5月，婚宴日期未定。

目前陳威陶、荳荳、小蝦米同住，每月王靜瑩均可探視，過去他擇偶重外型，承認王比荳荳漂亮，這回自爆跟荳荳如此恩愛原因？陳威陶說：「有些人，在人家最困難時離開，但她（荳荳）卻是陪在身邊，完全不一樣。」

國民黨持續以甲級動員，杯葛立法院審議前瞻基礎建設條例，行政院發言人徐國勇11日在院會後記者會中表示，8年8800億元的計畫是經過深思熟慮提出來的，國達人推薦民黨想要減少到4年5000億，要減少哪些項目？國民黨立委應該大膽說出來，不要哪些建設，讓行政單位去檢討。
立法院經濟、內政、財政、教育及文化、交通、社會福利及衛生環境等6委員會，11日聯席審查前瞻基礎建設特別條例草案，不過又爆發潑水、撒麵粉脫序行為。
對此，徐國勇表示，行政院尊重立法院法案審議進度，總統蔡英文希望盡速通過前瞻基礎建設計畫，並以黨主席身分對提出立委的期許，行政部門則要加強論述，說明每一個建設，對每個地方的影響，同時和立委、議員加強溝通，也會跟相關縣市首長繼續溝通。
他強調，「每一項建設都是經過相關討論才提出來，今天國民黨團集中在一個論點，說刪減成4年5000億元就會通過，但這產生問題，要剔除哪個項目？國民黨立委應該大膽說出來哪個建設不要，大膽說出來，我們來檢討。有人說我是在威脅立委，不是這樣，我們是要檢討，才知道哪些項目有問題。」
為什麼前瞻建設計畫要把時間拉長到8年？徐國勇表示，台北捷運很多條線蓋了十幾年，新北安坑線也蓋很久，萬華線甚至動工典禮舉辦了很多次，這些建設4年內就能完成嗎？
徐國勇也指出，前行政院長郝柏村提出6年國建，為什麼當時不說是4年？當時6年國建也提到中南部的軌道建設，包括高雄、台南、台中、新竹，到現在終於要動工實本季推薦施，前後花幾年？國家怎麼能不要中長期建設，只要短期？
徐國勇認為，「國民黨要講說哪個建設不要。少掉新北市，你說綁樁；少掉中南部，對南部民眾公平嗎？民眾繳一樣的稅，為什麼南部民眾沒有捷運？捷運只能在雙北嗎？」
至於時代力量提出4年編一次預算的建議，徐國勇表示，政策推動初期就已經講過，第一期一年半，後面是3個兩年期。
